It's been said a few times in articles on spots and zits on this site, but basically you need to use a cream that has an active ingerdient that will dry out the spots.

The creams that help to treat are the best.

Now most creams have the active ingredient called benzoyl peroxide in them and hte higher the concentraiton the better though it can dry out the skin too so be careful and only use as applied.

If you get lots of spots all the time and the zits are ruining your life and you can't get rid of them you can consider seeing the doctor.
