How To Stop Bunions

Beauty : Hands And Feet

Another foot topic that's not particularly pleasant is the bunion, which makes walking quite painful.

The best way to stop a bunion occurring is to ensure that you have shoes that fit your foot, the shape of your foot and its curves, and fit them very well.

Also ensure that shoes are not tight, but have enough room for you to comfortably move your toes in the shoe - that the shoe is not so tight that it cements them in place.

Try to avoid shoes that put awkward pressure on the feet such as high heels.

Finally whenever possible, try to go barefoot.

Unfortunately, fashionable shoes tend to be the worst culprits at giving you bunions, so make a style choice!
