How To Stop Fidgetting At Interview

Career : Interviews

A week before the interview, sit on a straight backed chair without fidgeting. To be more aware of your movements, wear wrist weights, or sellotape something heavy around your hands. That way you will be conscious of any movements. If these occur, try your best to stop them.

It will make it harder for you to jerk your hands. Practice this for a few minutes a day, and you will be confident and fidget free by the time of the interview!
