How To Stop Glasses Steaming Up Whilst Cooking

And as a result it can be hard to see what on earth is going on. The question is, what, if anything can be done to stop the glasses steaming up in this sort of situation? The answer, it seems, is this neat little suggestion that was sent into us by reader Jayne: How to keep your spectacles from steaming up while cooking.... I heard this as a chef's tip many years ago...to clean your glasses with (raw, obviously, lol) egg white and it keeps them from steaming up in the kitchen!
