How To Stop Hands Rubbing During Tennis

Many players certainly work up a good sweat during the course of a tennis match.

If this sounds familiar to you, then you will know that not only is this awkward but more importantly it can lead to blisters and chaffing on the skin.

One of the best ways to reduce the risk of this during the game is through the use of a smooth grip.

These have no ridges or anything at all - and ensure they are perforated as this will be great for absorbing the sweat into the grip, and hence stop the sweating issue cause problems with gripping the racquet.
