How To Stop Jet Lag Problems

Travel : Travel Tips

If you are lucky enough to go on a long journey then it may not feel quite so good in the couple of days after the travel if so-called jet lag sets in from the time zone adjustment.

One way some travellers recommend to stop this or make it better is to take some co-enzyme Q-10 the couple of days before you set off.

This apparently helps the body to combat the effects of things like dehydration after the flight and therefore stop problems with some of the effects that combine to cause the phenomenon that is jet lag.
