How To Stop Objects Scratching The Table
| Miscellaneous The annoying thing with many objects like ashtrays and other items that you put on tables is that when they are moved and even if they aren't they seem to have a great ability to damage the table underneath. So therefore what can you do to stop this damage from things like ashtrays and so on? What you can do therefore is to glue a small piece of cork at the corners of the ashtray or other objects. This will mean that they can be moved easily and won't scratch the surface as of course the cork is a much softer base and spreads the pressure well - meaning the issue is removed. Also cork can be used under the fridge to protect your floor, and can also assist in moving the said item.
