How To Stop Snacking In The Office
Career : Workplace Issues One of the most common problems we face is that when we work in the office we end up snacking and put on weight. It is strange that even though we are sedentary in office jobs many of us work up a real appetite when we work in the office, and therefore it can be hard to keep that figure even with the occasional gym visits that we all make to make ourselves feel better. So what can you do to control the snacking and cut those bad habits out before they take hold and become fully routine? Well, all you need to do is get a little fruit bowl on your desk and to fill it with a few piecs of fruit at the start of the week. Then when you get those snack attacks - mid morning or mid afternoon - rather than go to the vending machine with its chocolates and crisps, but rather simply reach for a piece of fruit and therefore have a healthy snack and one of your five a day. This simple tactic can be great at helping keep the weight from that chocolate bar off whilst helping your nutrition at the same time.
