How To Stop Spots While At School

But there is one thing that you often do naturally at school and don't realise that can really cause spots, and therefore to stop spots developing whilst at school note this down and be sure not to do it! It is tempting in lessons when writing or when bored, to plant your chin in your hand, but this is a bad idea. The palm of your hand will contain all the grime and dirt it has picked up during the day from the desk and the corridors - how many hands have touched those door handles in the school over the years - and transfer straight onto the skin around your chin, one of the worst areas for getting spots. Therefore don't rub or play with your face during the day or support your chin or face in general with your hands as this can really cause spot problems.
