How To Stop Your Mouse Sticking
Computing : Computer Health If your mouse is sticking and is not very sensitive then it is usually the case it is clogged up with dirt and grime and needs a good bit of cleaning. First, unscrew the base of the mouse and let the ball drop out. Clean it well. Note there is more to do - many people think that's it, but it is usually the contacts inside that are causing the problems and these need a clean too. Look inside the mouse and you should see some dirt or grime clinging to the contacts inside, this needs to come off. It can be tricky to do so use some sort of reasonably sharp object such as a blunt screwdriver blade to scrape it off and be patient. Once it's mainly off you will find that when you put it together again the mouse is much better.
