At the computer desk your beck will tend to be quite stiff and sore as the day goes on, particularly if you are one of those that tends to hold the same position all the time.
What can you do about this? Well the best is to ensure that you do some simple neck exercises every hour.
All this need entail is moving it slowly from right to left, then back again.
Then move it up to down then back again. Avoid rolling the neck as this can have potential bad effects on the relevant bones / joints.
