| Education : Brain Boosters One of the best ways to store key dates and information in your head is to highlight the important aspects of your work in highlighter or a different colour so they stand out. The action of doing this can help the information to stick in your head. It is also worth looking at the paper with those words and phrases highlighted and scanning it and trying to create a visual image of the page - this may help recall at a later stage. Then take a small card, the size of a plain postcard, and write just those key words and phrases on that card. This is your key terms prompt card that you can look at on the morning or night before the exam to prompt you to the most essential information. Look at each word or phrase and remember what it means and build upon it in your own head. This is a great exercise to help you remember a large amount of information from just a few words on a page!
