Self Development : Happiness Stress can, of course, have a major impact on whether you are happy or not. Therefore you might like to consider the following: If you are stressed, then keep a stress diary to try and analyse what is making you stressed, and what you can do to reduce it and in the process hopefully make yourself a happier person. So, for instance, write down the event that made you stressed, who was involved, what you did about it and the end result. Record all similar events. This should then help you find the problem areas that are triggering stress in your life and you can then find out and think about what you might be able to do to overcome the stressful situations and hence become happier as a result.
