Stretch Exercise: Front Hips, Triceps, Trunk

This is a stretch that starts off as though you are at the bottom of a press up.

Once in that position, press up with the arms, but in the process try to arch your body upward and back but ensuring that your hips stay in contact with the floor at all times.

Because of the motion and how you end up, this is quite accurately known as the seal stretch which should give you some idea of the end position of this exercise!

Hold the position for ten seconds, then switch over to the other side.
