Stretch For The Achilles Tendon

Don't have an achilles heel when doing your exercise program! Rather, make sure that you stretch your achilles tendon correctly and therefore have no problems with this area.

To perform this stretch, simply lie face down with your palms down, and with them outside of your shoulders.

Next, press upwards with arms and lift your backside up in the direction of the ceiling using your legs, upper body and arms. The end results should be that your body almost makes a triangle shape with the floor.

Once that is done, simply lower your heels down toward the floor, and then stretch the achilles tendon for around 15 - 20 seconds.
