All that you need to do in this exercise is to start with hands in front. Bring hands together and lock fingers into each other all the way down as if praying. Then after holding for a few seconds release, and next fold your fingers into each hand like you were making a fist, and hold again for a few seconds, but without too much pressure. Repeat both these positions several times. A very simple but effective exercise that will ensure your hands are sufficiently stretched and exercised in the work place.
