Stretching Exercise For The Chest And Front Deltoid
Health And Fitness : Stretching The deltoid being the shoulder, here is an excellent stretching exercise called the prone shoulder stretch. To start off, lie down on the carpet face down and stretch the right arm across the floor, so that it is perpendicular to the body. Rotate your body now so that you come up on your right side and feel a stretch in the right side of the chest, and in front of the right shoulder. Hold that position for around twenty seconds, and then switch over so that the stretch exercise is repeated for the left side and left side of your chest.
