Of course it is hard to say which foods are best to have in your diet and to some extent it will depend on personal circumstances.
However here are some foods that in a general healthy diet you should be looking to emphasise where possible:
Vegetables, and lots of them. Similarly with fruit. Have whole grain for roughage. Take a good proportion of lean fish and poultry as these have excellent protein qualities versus fats, and fish has some good oils.
Also some nuts and seeds, and of course lots of fruit.
