If you are eating low fat foods as in invariably a good idea, then here are a good set for you to eat:

Bread, potatoes, pasta, rice and cereals.

Just be sure not to fill with bad things such as butters, sauces and of course the dreaded mayonnaise - it only tastes so nice because it is so bad for you!

Fruit and vegetables should also be a mainstain of any person's healthy living diet.

Additionally, white fish is good for you and a few portions a week would be ideal for anyone on a low fat diet.

Remember to drink plenty of water, and it can also help to fill you up.

If you crave sweet or sugary things then something like fizzy plain water can be a great way to satisfy that without actually having anything bad for you!
