Self Development : Stress If you are stressed there is one thing that is more important than anything else, and that is to get a good nights sleep. A good nights sleep is the best reward your body can have, and whilst still we don't know an awful lot about being asleep, we know this is where the body recharges and re-energises itself from the stresses and strains of the previous day, ready for the next day. When you don't get enough sleep therefore you can feel tired, irritable and unproductive the following day. Therefore be sure to give yourself enough time to get some good quality sleep each night, and if you need to have a nice soothing bath before bed to relax you and maybe listen to some nice gentle music too before falling off asleep.
