Whilst most people think it may be people wanting a change or a rest from their current job, actually the number one reason that people leave is due to issues with their boss - maybe not getting on well, feeling they don't get the credit for the work they do and their effort is not recognised, or feeling that unreasonable demands are placed on them. Therefore remember the power that you have as a boss to influence the enjoyment and experience that your employees have at work and always be mindful of this fact.
