The secret is to eat little and often and apparently Cameron Diaz is a big advocate of this. Typically meals will be fruit, veg, and nuts with water. Larger meals include steamed fish and a bit of veg, or a little bit of chicken for instance. Fruit is also emphasised and is important as a part of this diet which apparently really helps the skin to glow. So there you have it - what they're calling the Cameron Diaz ten a day diet!
