The Chocolate To Eat On A Diet
Food And Drink : Desserts If you are on a diet, or wanting to lose weight, then you will often hear it said that you should avoid chocolate. Although it is delicious and moreish, it also contains lots of fats and calories and therefore is generally seen as a bad food. However not all chocolate is as bad for you as that, and some is better than others. Therefore if you do decide to have chocolate, then go for a small bar of organic black chocolate rather than a larger bar of milk chocolate. One of the best ones out there is the Green and Blacks organic chocolate which, whilst it can be more expensive than standard milk chocolates, tastes delicious. Although it sounds silly, one of the other good ways of reducing chocolate intake is simply to let it sit on your tongue and melt. If you crunch or chew it, it will be gone in no time. So give yourself the illusion you've eaten more than you have had by letting it melt on your tongue and not chewing the chocolate at all - that way you still get your chocolate fix and in a way that is not so bad for you after all!
