Yes, apparently this diet consists of the following meals:

breakfast - wheatgerm shake and fruit

lunch - pasta, cherry tomatoes, grilled chicken - and here come the mustard seeds

dinner - steamed fish and veg - and more mustard seeds

snacks include - you've guessed it - seeds - and apparently this is the diet that Jennifer Aniston has been using.

The fashion mag says Jennifer Aniston has discovered a 'fast new metabolism trick to shift unwanted pounds' - so there you go!
