The Key To Dealing With Stress

Self Development : Stress

The key to dealing with stress is to put everything into perspective.

We get so involved with our own lives and the little or bigger problems we have.

If the stress is related to work for instance rather than something serious like health, than remember that:

Take a deep breath. At night when it is clear look up to the stars and realise how tiny and small we are in the global scheme of things. Imagine all that is out there in this massive universe, and here we are obsessed and busied with the trivialities of daily life.

Against that backdrop, how significant really is that presentation you have to give at work tomorrow? Be more aware of the amazing world that we live in and the things that stress us out should instantly become more trivial.

Just wanted to add - obviously I'm not saying that all stress is a good thing or heavy stress, just that apparently a little stress can be a good thing!
