The Link Between Sleep And Food Cravings

Recent research has suggested that there is a link between lack of sleep and food cravings.

In particular those who were more tired or had problems sleeping also seemed to have a stronger craving for carbohyrdates.

However when you are happy and well rested after a good nights sleep - in both body and mind - it seems that a lot of the stronger cravings for carbohydrates actually disappear of themselves!
