When you look at the budget ranges of around ?2 then often you are paying more for the creation of the bottle, its transport and shipping than you are for the contents of the bottle at all! However, in the range of ?8 - ?11 you can really step up and get some excellent wines. Therefore if you are getting into wine tasting or would like to improve your wine appreciation, then go for a bottle in this price range and taste the difference!
