The Right Job: Family Orientated Person

Career : Your Career Values

Your social profile and what you consider important and less important socially will have a big impact on the right job for you.

A family person will always put their home life first and demand a good work life balance.

However someone who is less family orientated, even if they have one, is more likely to feel comfortable working strange hours often at short notice, which however will cause resentment in the more family orientated person.

If you are a family orientated person, then the best job for you will be something with set, regular hours that will not change at short notice.

You are likely to not be interested in working very long hours as then time with your family will suffer.

Therefore as a rule don't take a job that will demand long hours as you will end up resenting it.
