The rules of healthy eating are really quite simple.

There are four types of groups of ingredients that you should look to keep to a minimum, whilst remembering that it is essential that you have certain levels of these just not in excess where the problems come (apart from alcohol!)

They are:
- sweets
- salt
- alcohol
- fat

Therefore don't cut out fat completely for instance, just try to keep it to the necessary level and not too much higher!
