Many people fail in their task. Why?

The bare fact of the matter is this - your biggest enemy in your aim to lose weight is your own self-doubt and negative thinking.

One way to do this is to re-assess your targets that you are finding it hard to hit in different language.

For instance, if you are four pounds off hitting your target by the end of August, then change the goal to 'I just need to lose four more pounds' - this rids it of the pressure and negativity ('I can never lose it by the end of August!')
