I came up with a great idea for thickening soup instantly!!!!

Open a tin of cooked potatoes mash them with a masher and add to soup!!! It's amazing, and it thickens it instantly without producing a floury taste.

Make it properly in the first place and you wont need to worry about having to thicken it up if it's too thin!!!.
