However there are exercises that you can do at work with no one noticing that can do things such as tighten up your butt. This one is great as it will not be obvious to anyone else that you are doing anything! Simply sit at the desk as normal, and squeese your butt as tight as you can for ten seconds, then return to normal position. If you repeat this about ten times a few times a day (it only takes a couple of minutes each time and you can do something else at the same time) then you should really notice the tightening effect on your butt.
