Tips For Nervous Flyers

Travel : Flying

If you are a nervous flyer, then a flight can be a real chore and quite literally an exhausting experience, and particularly if you can be prone to panic attacks then it can be a real source of anxiety.

If you are just a bit nervous, then here are some tips to settle you down.

Take music on board with you. Take something soothing that you really like and enjoy and listen to it during take off and landing - these are the times when people tend to get most nervous as they often feel the most forces at this time, perhaps particularly on take off as the plane is angled upwards fairly steeply.

You should also try to fly as near the front of the aircraft as you can, as explained in another article.
