If you get attacked or are worried that a situation seems threatening, then the best defence that you can have is to run away.
There is nothing to be ashamed of for running away - much better to do that then risk getting in the middle of some sort of confrontational situation.
So remember to do this and don't freeze - if the thought occurs to you that you should run, then don't question it - just run.
We are good at intuitively sensing when we are in danger so if you get that feeling, even if it turns out that there was no immediate danger, apparent danger is enough for you to turn away and run.
