Tips On Drill Training

Health And Fitness : Running Technique

Drills are, by their nature, quite hard and intense on both aerobic ability and also on your muscle groups.

Therefore when you start doing drills for the first time, you should ensure that you are first at a basic level of fitness and without injury - check with your doctor if you have any concerns.

You should also ensure that you build up slowly.

In general start off with just one 15 second attempt at each drill in your routine.

And even when at the peak of your game do not ever do more than four or five max 15 second repetitions of a drill.

Also ensure that you do some warm ups before the drills kick in, around ten minutes worth of warm up would be suitable for most drill routines.
