This tip on how to sleep better is all related to habit and ritual.

Many people profess that they can get their body into the mood for sleep and hence sleep more quickly when they go to bed, by developing a set routine that their body is programmed to follow before sleep.

The routine may involve something like listening to their favourite music (something not too uplifting) for ten minutes before bed, or reading a passage from their favourite book.

This helps the body trigger and prepare itself for sleep - and may be something worth trying to get into the routine of.
