Too many people go to bed tense and worked up and stressed from a busy day at home or in the office.

No wonder then that this is not the optimum condition in which to sleep - far from it in fact!

You simply must unwind if stress is an issue that you suffer from at times.

Ways to unstress include the following:
- exercise
- meditation
- yoga
- reading a good book
- watching a TV program

... and of course one of the classics: a relaxing bath with your favourite bath scents and oils poured into the warm water
