Health And Fitness : Top Health Tips This final tip is to introduce a bit of science in the art of sleeping! The idea is to keep a sleep diary. If you have read my other 16 tips you will now appreciate how many variables all can contribute into your ability - or lack of - sleeping! Therefore keep a list of your sleep - what you did before bed and then how well you slept. You might find patterns that emerge - for instance when you listened to relaxing music for a few minutes you tend to sleep better, whilst the scented oil bath has no effect. Over time you should be able to work out which factors work best for you and play to those to get the best nights sleep that you can. Good luck!
