The fifth tip is for those of you are who are busy and who's mind is always full of ideas buzzing around - that can stop you getting a good nights sleep!

The key idea here is to free your mind of thoughts before bed. Have a quick five minute brainstorm and write down on paper anything that you need to do the next day and other thoughts that might swim about your head.

In this way you are less likely to worry during the night and can't put yourself and your head of busy thoughts to sleep more easily!
