Sometimes it can be hard to keep up with fat loss and losing the fat that you want to burn off as part of your exercise or muscle development program.

One simple thing that you can do with regard diet is to ensure that you eat what are known as slow digesting carbs.

These are things such as brown rice, most vegetables, oats and most fruits.

In contrast do not get your carbs through very sugary things like chocolate bars as these tend to be used up quickly and therefore you feel hungry more quickly too.
