Beauty : Haircare A great shampoo is vital. Pantene is a good one, as their shampoos and conditioners contain special conditioning agents which help replace lost moisture levels and nutrients. Brush your hair before you wash it, to get rid of any tangles and excess styling products. Make sure the water isnt hotter than 37C otherwise your hair may become dry. Massage the shampoo in a circular motion to stimulate blood flow, then rinse, and shampoo again. Pat your hair between your hands, or use a towel, to dry. Dont wring it otherwise it can damage easily. Massage in a small amount of conditioner avoiding the roots as much as possible otherwise it may look greasy. You can lightly pat it once on each side though. Leave it in your hair for a few mins and then rinse well. Use a comb to detangle it whilst still wet. Put your hair dryer to medium heat to avoid over drying it. Avoid straightening it when you arent going out as this may damage it over a long period of time, and cause it to become straw like and dry.
