How To Train As A Runner

Sport : Athletics

If you are undertaking training as a runner, or are jogging or performing any sort of repetitive run, then the key is to start small and build up.

You need to give your body time to work out and adapt to the motion and movements of running, this doesn't happen overnight. You can't just decide to run ten miles on day one then be able to do it!

Rather you should build up slowly, each weach adding to the amount that you run and the distance. Over a period of time you will develop your endurance and your muscles, and after a few months you should be able to reach your running goals. Never be a rush to achieve your goals.
