Debate rages over whether fish is good for you and sometimes it seems you should have seafood and other times not.

The truth is that most seafood is good for you if you like it, and it is more the cooking method, the sauces and the batters added to many fish that contain the unhealthy elements.

In fact, there is a lot of zinc in many fishes, and this is useful for helping with your white blood cell count and also there are omega 3 fatty acids, which are important for your body too - in fact they have been linked to helping people get over mild depression too.

If you want all these elements in your fish then apparently both tuna and mackerel are good to this end.
