How To Understand Emotive Language
| Education : English In English you will hear much talk of EMOTIVE language. But what is it? Emotive language, simply put, is that which appeals to your emotions, often with a view of trying to persuade you to a particular point of view. Emotive arguments can be highly misleading as they are not generally based on logic or rationality, and people can be "blinded by emotion".
