Health And Fitness : Dieting Tips

One way to keep on top of your thoughts and feelings whilst dieting is to keep a diary:

when you feel great and inspired by the diet and things are going well, write an entry.

When times aren't so good or you feel bad and down, then read those good entries to inspire and motivate you to keep going with your weight loss program.
