How To Use Dynamic Pages To Great Effect

Computing : Web Sites

The downside of using PHP and dynamic sites is that the web site may be crawled less frequently if the URLs contain question marks.

However, there is a tremendous upside:

the ability to create constantly changing constant, and apply changes across the site by making changes to just one file.

If you have a dynamic site, consider taking advantage by making a global update each day to make each page look as though it has been updated manually. Search engines tend to index sites that update regularly more often, and therefore your changes will appear in a search engines listing more frequently after they are made as a result.
