How To Use Mouth Wash

Health And Fitness : Top Health Tips

First of all, go to the local pharmacy or supermarket and check out the mouthwashes that are available in store. There are various different types so work out which ones are best for your needs. Medicated ones are for people who tend to get bleeding gums or a dry mouth. Fluoridated ones are good if your water supply is lacking in fluoride. Smoker’s one help to minimise stains and yellowness of teeth.
Then when you get home, brush and floss your teeth as normal. Sip a small amount of mouth wash and swish it around so it reaches all areas of your mouth. Do this for no more than 30 seconds.
Spit all of it out and then rinse your mouth with water, unless otherwise stated on the bottle. Of course, read all the instructions and ingredients before buying or using.
It is best to wait for another 30 mins after this until eating or drinking anything.
If unsure, always consult your dentist for an opinion. If you’re pregnant, you will need to seek advice from a doctor as well.
