How To Use Over Ripe Bananas
| Food And Drink : Desserts These are great either in a smoothie or in a banana cake or bread. If you can't use them in a recipe right away, then you can freeze them. Peel and either puree them in a blender then freeze in an icecube tray or just put them in a freezer bag and "squish" them into smaller chunks. I often buy bags of over ripe bananas considerably reduced at the supermarket, especially for my banana cake recipe.
