Rosemary has a taste that people either love or hate in general.
It is quite sweet, and the smell if you have grown the herb in the garden you will know to be quite distinctive.
The classic meat that rosemary is used with is lamb, however it also goes well with most meats and particularly the likes of pork and beef.
Try also branching out if you like the taste and adding some to your veg like peas and potatoes, and also works well in some vegetable soups.
