How To Use Saffron

Use saffron sparingly in your dishes, because it is quite expensive!

It is exotic looking, smelling and tasting, with bright red colour that adds something distinctive to a dish that you use it is.

Use it in things like breads and rolls for a luxurious additional bit of flavouring.

If you can't use saffron or it is too expensive then use something like tumeric instead.
