How To Use Saffron
| Food And Drink : Spices Use saffron sparingly in your dishes, because it is quite expensive! It is exotic looking, smelling and tasting, with bright red colour that adds something distinctive to a dish that you use it is. Use it in things like breads and rolls for a luxurious additional bit of flavouring. If you can't use saffron or it is too expensive then use something like tumeric instead.
